When a customer shops online (especially for clothing) there's always a little hesitation as to how the garment will actually look and fit once it arrives. I have to say this has been one of the best online shopping experiences (as far as garments go) that I've ever had.Let's start with service. The ordering process was simple and quite smooth (it always is with Amazon), but I was simply BLOWN AWAY when I received an email directly from Nova (merchant) to first off thank me for the order, but to discuss the size I had requested. Nova was kind enough to tell me to seriously consider going up one size to make sure I'd have room for mobility and the like. I AM SO GLAD I DID!! The original size would've been fine but I'm happy for the extra inches one size up provides. It's not too big at all. It'll fit perfectly well with the rest of my leather uniform! I enjoyed speaking with Nova so much that we volleyed at least 10-12 exchanges to discuss the garment. It was as if talking to a personal friend. VERY NICE TOUCH!!Now, on to shipping. I was guaranteed an arrival of December 15, 2017. It arrived 2 FULL DAYS EARLY. Incredibly fast delivery! Again, nice touch. Especially seeing as how this is holiday season and EVERYONE is sending something somewhere. *Kudos*I tried it on the moment it arrived and I swear a Symphony of Angels began to sing. PERFECT!!! The leather is REAL -- (high-cow) for the leathermen and women out there. This isn't some PU look alike. In NYC this shirt would cost easily $450 USD. WHAT a value. This piece is simply incredible and you should have no reservations in placing an order with Olly and Ally. Additionally, I visited their online shop and WHOA! Yes, we will be doing LOTS of business together.If I have to post one criticism -- and I really don't, but I think I'd want to know if I were reading this and thinking of ordering: The snap buttons are silver, not black as displayed in the photo. It's no big deal at all to me personally because I like the contrast and when I put on a leather tie I can't even see the snaps but again--If I were reading this as a potential buyer, I'd want this extra piece of info.
