I bought this for my farm obsessed 2 year old. It's a little big for him now but the perfect size for us both to snuggle under. It's not too thick but definitely not thin either and is very cozy. He loves to identify all the animals. So it serves an educational purpose as well. Great purchaseI wish they would say the size of the blanket in reference to the size of a bed (toddler, twin, queen, king) instead of the dimensions but my son that is obsessed with chameleons love his! It is so soft and beautiful!I bought two of these blankets: one to fit a couch and the other to fit a chair. I love them--they are soft and pretty, and the images/flowers are bigger than the add's pic. My cat, also, loves the blankets (refer to pic).The measurements on this blanket are totally inaccurate. I got two in a row that are the size of a hand towel BUT supposed to be a full sized throw blanket according to measurements. Absolutely love the colors BUT also not soft at all. Very disappointed
