20 years ago or so I found this book in the remainders section of the Harvard bookstore. I found it comforting and understanding. Today, as I write my memoir of growing up as a lesbian in the Nineteen-fifties I find it very helpful again, e.g. the concept "expectation of rejection".An important book for understanding what has been and is being done to us.
